At Data Miners, we have harnessed a comprehensive range of data, including incident records, HR profiles, training data, work experience, weather data, inventory, and work management metrics, to analyze their impact on health and safety incidents. By tracking investigation outcomes, such as actions and recommendations, we provide site-specific performance insights, enabling proactive safety measures. one of the world's biggest organization used this and for a lot of tracking in their health and safety improvement .

Additionally, our analysis of existing health and safety procedures, including safety walks and observations, revealed a reactive approach rather than a proactive one. Through our findings, we recommended optimizing these processes for better effectiveness and earlier intervention. 

Since the launch of our project in August, we have witnessed a significant decrease in health and safety incidents within the company, showcasing the tangible positive impact of our data-driven approach.
